Steve Gaudreau is the managing member of Steve Gaudreau & Associates, LLC, a consulting practice that provides car wash management, car wash site assessments for new car wash properties, analyses for existing car wash businesses, management assessments, and car wash organizational assessments.
Steve’s most recent assignment from 2008 to 2010 was working with the 10th largest car wash firm in the U.S. with 21 locations to provide strategic planning, management training, and management of day-to-day operations.
From 2005 to 2008 Steve was the co-founder of CarWash College™, developing the curriculum and offers, and serving as the first President. Within two years CarWash College became the largest educational certification organization serving the car wash industry.
Just prior to starting up CWC in 2005, Steve served for two years as President of one of the first exterior express conveyor car wash franchises in the history of the industry.
From July 1992 until October 2003, Steve was the chief executive officer of POWER, Inc.’s Car Wash Institute®, the largest training and consulting firm serving the car wash industry internationally.
From 1987 to 1992 Steve provided sales and management training to several industries, including the car wash industry, as part of his work with another firm.
Steve has written monthly columns for many of the industry publications, including Professional Carwashing & Detailing, Modern Car Care, Auto Laundry News and Oil & Lube News. He has authored eight books, the most recent among them Creating Exceptional Managers and the industry best seller, So, You Want to Own a Car Wash: Finding and Evaluating Retail Locations for Car Washes.
Steve has been a guest speaker at all of the major car wash industry associations, and has been honored with the prestigious President’s Award from the International Car Wash Association for his contributions to the car wash industry.

Jacquelyn C. Bridge
is a Senior Consultant with and member of Steve Gaudreau &
Associates, LLC. Jackie has been the lead person on many large
organizational consulting projects, working both with site managers and
owner operators of retail car washes.
She
recently completed a 9-month assignment as a project leader in
developing organizational systems at one of the largest manufacturers of
conveyor car wash equipment in the world.
Jackie
began her career in the car wash industry as a co-founder of POWER,
Inc.'s Car Wash Institute. She served as the Company's C.O.O. from 1992
to 2005, managing the instructor staff, as well as the internal
administration support. Her special areas of expertise are quality
improvement, operational systems, management development, and safety.
Jackie
wrote a monthly column for Modern Car Care magazine for many years and
has spoken at the International Car Wash Association, as well as many of
the regional car wash associations.
